bummer city/awesome city- I’m at the gym. I weighed myself. It’s like 5 lbs more than it was 3 weeks ago. Apparently, my body really likes to put on muscle mass REAL QUICK LIKE. Granted, it’s not fat gain (errr, at least I think not), but its not fun to see. Reason 5 billion to just use clothes & mirrors (& suggestive iPhone pics) to gauge your fitness.
